Dear Friends of the Waldkantine
It is incredibly difficult for us, but we will be closing the Waldkantine as of July 5, 2026. Although we started out as a temporary venture, we ended up staying longer than originally planned. We look back on the past five years with deep gratitude.
A huge thank you goes out to all our loyal regulars, to every spontaneous visitor, and to all the wonderful groups who celebrated birthdays, company parties, or even their weddings with us. It was a great pleasure for us! We also thank everyone behind the scenes in the kitchen and in service who made this restaurant so special. The Waldkantine will always have a special place in our hearts.
We want to truly enjoy these last few weeks with you once more. Stop by, enjoy your favorite dishes, and let’s raise a glass together one last time. Afterward, we look forward to welcoming you to one of our other restaurants: Bistro k2, Zum Frischen Max, and GUMP.
